David Soutter has joined legacy reinsurance and run-off specialist RiverStone International as Head of Risk, Bermuda.<\/p>\n

A re\/insurance executive with experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, risk management and treasury related matters, Soutter joined RiverStone from Zurich Management (Bermuda), where he most recently served as Project Director.<\/p>\n
During this time, he led finance and reinsurance projects related to restructuring activities in the offshore insurance industry.<\/p>\n
Before this, Soutter was the Chief Financial Officer of Zurich Insurance Company, Bermuda, for 11 years, a role he was appointed to following his close to nine years as Manager of Finance\/Controller at the company.<\/p>\n
Commenting on his most recent appointment at RiverStone, Soutter said: \u201cIt\u2019s an exciting new chapter, and I\u2019m super happy to be joining such a talented and welcoming team. I\u2019m looking forward to the opportunities ahead and contributing to Riverstone\u2019s continued success.\u201d<\/p>\n
